What If I Have To Cancel My Appointment?
Life happens and we're super excited to hear you got an invite to have brunch with the girls! Please call us directly and we will be more than happy to reschedule or adjust your appointment. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice so we can make someone's day and offer them your original appointment (and so you don't run the risk of being charged a no-show fee).
Where Do I Park?​​
We have parking in the front, back and side of our building and always appreciate your entering through our front door. We don't want to run this risk of missing you come in and would feel terrible if we don't offer a proper greeting!
How Can I Pay?​​
We accept cash, check and Visa, MC and Discover credit/debit cards for both your service charges and gratuities.
What Should I Wear?​
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! We will kindly ask you to remove any hoodies or high-collar tops to avoid getting your back wet during your shampoo; we don't want to run the risk of getting water (or hair color!) on your collar so please dress according to your service. We don't mind if you bring something to change into, you're at home here! You'll see us in black smocks and black bottoms with comfortable footwear. We'll never think about our aching feet, your hair is our top priority. Come as you are, leave the best version of you.
